Yes. Attendance at the inaugural Nigeria Disability Tech Summit (NDTS 1.0) is completely free. However, registration is mandatory for all attendees to help us manage venue capacity, accessibility services, event materials and overall event planning.

Yes. Every attendee must register before the event. Registration allows us to prepare accessibility accommodations, seating arrangements, conference materials and event logistics to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.

We strongly encourage all attendees to register online before the event. Limited on-site registration may be available depending on venue capacity, but advance registration is recommended to guarantee entry and accessibility arrangements.

Yes. Schools, universities, companies, NGOs, disability organisations, therapy centres, government agencies and community groups are encouraged to register multiple participants through our group registration process.

Yes. Nigerian Sign Language (NSL) interpreters will be available throughout keynote sessions and selected programme activities to support Deaf attendees.

Yes. Live captioning will be provided for keynote sessions and selected presentations to improve accessibility for attendees who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

Yes. NDTS is committed to providing an accessible event environment. The venue will include wheelchair-accessible routes, accessible seating, designated accessibility support volunteers and other accommodations wherever possible.

Absolutely. During registration, attendees can indicate any accessibility requirements such as mobility support, communication assistance or other accommodations. Our accessibility team will work to provide appropriate support wherever possible.

Yes. A designated quiet room will be available throughout the summit for attendees who may need a calm environment away from crowds or sensory stimulation.

NDTS explores the full spectrum of disability technology and inclusive innovation, including assistive technology, accessibility, software development, hardware innovation, embedded systems, robotics, artificial intelligence, education technology, digital health, mobility solutions, communication technologies, inclusive design, research, entrepreneurship, public policy and emerging technologies that improve the lives of persons with disabilities.

The summit features keynote presentations, panel discussions, fireside conversations, product demonstrations, startup showcases, exhibitions, networking sessions and interactive discussions designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Yes. Companies, startups, NGOs, universities, research institutions, assistive technology providers and government agencies are welcome to exhibit products, services, research and innovations related to disability, accessibility and inclusive technology.

Absolutely. Startups building solutions that improve accessibility, inclusion or the lives of persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply for the NDTS Startup Showcase.
